Judge Dredd OC: Judge Dai 2.0

Update on my old Judge design:

Decided to put a character into the world of Dredd and see how he does. My thought is that he is a SWAT type Judge. Rather than the Street Judges who travel a beat and dish out punishment, mine would be a Judge who is called in when heavy fire is needed.
